Bangle-Making and Livelihood Training
TODAY’S KALAM FOUNDATION supports women from underserved communities through bangle-making and livelihood training programs. Participants learn different designs, improve their production skills, and receive guidance to connect with local buyers and employers. Many women have started earning through customized and festive orders, helping them contribute towards household expenses, children’s education, and other family needs while building confidence and financial independence.
Youth Job Assistance and Career Support
We help young people identify suitable job opportunities and prepare for employment through guidance, skill development, and career support. Our team connects eligible candidates with openings in sectors such as data entry, customer support, security services, housekeeping, and elderly care. We also encourage youth to continue their education, strengthen their digital skills, and choose opportunities that can support their long-term career growth.
